  56. It includes a lot of improvements in IRIX serial-port handling -- higher
  57. serial speeds, hardware flow control via API (i.e. now you can "set flow
  58. rts/cts"), etc.  So my first recommendation would be to try the new version
  59. and see if the problems persist.  If they do, let's get them fixed -- I'll
  60. need the cooperation of IRIX experts, since I don't have an SGI workstation
  61. I can put my hands (and a modem, and a breakout box) on.
